Deletion

1. Overview

At Zapi, we believe you should have complete control over your data. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated information at any time.

2. Deletion Process

To delete your data, please follow these steps:

• Via Dashboard: Navigate to the Settings page in your dashboard and look for the Danger Zone section. Click on "Delete Data Layer" to initiate an immediate purge.
• Via Support: If you cannot access your account, you can send a deletion request to the project administrator using your GitHub-linked email address.

3. What is Deleted?

When you initiate a deletion request, the following information is permanently removed from the Zapi network:

• Authenticated user profile and GitHub metadata.
• All generated API credentials and secret keys.
• Historical usage telemetry and analytics logs.

4. Retention

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. We do not maintain any long-term backups of user data once a purge request has been processed.
