By accessing or using the Zapi AI Gateway ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
You are responsible for all prompts and requests made through your Zapi API keys. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities or to violate the terms of the underlying AI providers.
Zapi is currently in alpha/development phase. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time without notice.
Access to Zapi requires a GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your tokens.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
